Should it come as any surprise why Evergreen State College is the school that deep down I'll always want to go to and secretly be planning ways to attend..?
1) It's the third greenest school in America.
2) It's close (enough).
3) It's pretty, and has pretty-ness all around it too.

My life in a nutshell.

So blessed to have so many things to look forward to:
- Leaving for International Eucharistic Congress in Quebec & Winnipeg in 21 days, for 21 days.
- Leaving for the PI in 2 months and 21 days, for 23 days.
- Pre-Con is right around the corner.
- Finally know what I wanna do with my life, therefore.. Feeling super duper excited to go to school in the fall.
- The Twilight movie needs to come out sooner.
- And Breaking Dawn coming out approximately..tomorrow..would be a dream come true.
- Gonna start riding a bike everywhere. But only if I really truly fail at the skateboarding plan.
- Can't stop thinking about Europe in my free time.

Nutshell-ness...
Being a shift supervisor is pretty radical. Leonardo DiCaprio is my favourite celebrity all over again; why wouldn't I love someone to ride a bike with and live in a LEED-certified apartment with? Rachel McAdams is my other favourite celebrity. Finally reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I'd love someone with the funniness/goofy-ness and family of Fred and George Weasley. My closet is slowly but surely getting cleaned out. Determined to paint my bedroom walls. Work food makes me feel so icky. My dreams are much too vivid, and seemingly random. Yoga, here I come. Little Brother is growing up so fast. Read The Kite Runner, then watched the movie, then watched Blood Diamond right after, and had nightmares of stones and diamonds all night. That's all. Let the good times roll.

Stick a fork in me, I am done.

The world is a wonderful place again. And who knew one existed outside of SFU Surrey?? I, for sure, almost forgot. Aw, but, I really miss it. Hahah.

Anyway.. My first semester of college is over. How exciting is that! I honestly learned a lot, both about myself and everything else haha. As great as it was, I just can't stop looking forward; it's pretty freaking exciting. Information sessions.. Promotion.. IEC! Winnipeg! Philippines?! And all my loves of summertime! And, back to school in September! Except I don't even really know where yet. Oh well. Buddy, I can't wait.

But right now, my bed calls for me. No actually, my books call for me. I've spent the past two weeks reading nothing but textbooks and articles and more textbooks. I'm so excited to read again.. and watch Planet Earth.. and clean my room! Hahahhahah. Ew.

Peace yo. Edward Cullen, Harry Potter, and Shane Claiborne are waiting for me =) Don't be too jealous.

total ECLIPSE of the heart.

I couldn't study (even though finals are coming up), I couldn't clean my room, I couldn't call people back, I couldn't maintain my manners, I couldn't do anything but eat, sleep, and read until I finished this book. I read while walking, while eating, while brushing my teeth even. All I can say is... Stephenie Meyer, I owe you big time. I've never felt the urgency to finish a book like this before, nor have I ever fallen in love with characters in the book so easily. And yet, there I was.. Utter madness. Maybe it's the conflicts, or the relationships, or the settings, or the thought out details... But there's just something, or a lot of somethings, that has me head over heels in love with this love saga. I've never read a story that I so easily could relate to but also learn from, about love, values, making decisions, and friendship. I'd better stop before I ... keep going.
If you haven't read it yet, give it chance. I won't be offended if you don't like it. (I just lied.) Be sure to start at Twilight.

Thanks and God bless =)

April Fool

I rang in the month of April 2008 on MSN, getting punked by Charles. It was good times; that rat b. hahah. I honestly can't believe it's April already. March, in all its madness, just flew by. And now, it's time to look forward to finals, and then the summer. Hooorah. Oh yaay, I'm so excited for the summer.. Two reasons.. First: Going to International Eucharistic Congress, and then Winnipeg! And very possibly going to the homeland for my birthday =) Second: As geeky as it may sound, I'll have time to read books other than textbooks. I have soo many I wanna read.. Eclipse (which I just started today yaay), the 7th Harry Potter, and pretty much the entire 333 section at the library haha (no joke). I'm in class right now; I should focus.

Two truths and one lie:
1) Geography (the class I'm in right now) is my favourite class.
2) I don't know what I want to do for my career.
3) I broke up with someone yesterday, publicly in a restaurant.
You might be surprised...? Happy April Fools Day!

Go UCLA.
